With over 13 years’ experience in residential property management, Lauren has built her career managing everything from executive homes and luxury apartment portfolios through to high-density investment properties across Perth’s south-eastern corridor.

Her experience spans leasing, portfolio performance, maintenance management, compliance, trust accounting and department leadership, giving clients confidence that every aspect of their investment is being managed with care, strategy and attention to detail.

Known for her communication, relationship-focused approach and strong maintenance expertise, Lauren believes great property management is built on consistency, accountability and long-term relationships. Coming from a family background in building, she understands the importance of maintenance decisions being practical, cost-conscious and focused on protecting the long-term performance of the asset.
